The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the Fleet Excellence organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinates people and processes to deliver projects with the desired outcome, on time and within budget aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet Excellence (e.g. program initiatives, integrations, improvements).
- Defining project scope and objectives, roles and responsibilities.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities; subsequently managing delivery of the project according to this plan and budget.
- Tracking project progress and providing regular reports on project status to management, project team, and/or key stakeholders.
- Driving change management and continuous improvement culture.
- Communicating ongoing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
