This organization is active in the logistics of fresh
meat products and works for major Dutch supermarket chains. In a
refrigerated work environment, products are stored, processed, and
prepared for shipment, with quality, hygiene, and food safety
always being the top priorities. Daily operations follow clear
procedures and strict guidelines to ensure that customers, such as
nationwide supermarket organizations, are delivered to accurately
and on time. The team works closely together in a structured
logistics environment where pace, accuracy, and a sense of
responsibility are essential.
Functieomschrijving
You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues
support one another. During your training period, you'll have a
dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step,
ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities
include:
- Operating and monitoring
your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow. - Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP
standards. - Solving first-line disruptions
independently (or working with a technician). - Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth
production process.
You'll work in
a two-shift schedule with the following times:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00
Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for
150% pay.

individuals with an eye for quality. In
addition:

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between €3,000 and €3,200 per
month, including a 14% shift
allowance. - Permanent contract with a stable,

during your onboarding period. - Travel allowance
from 10 km one-way at €0.23 per kilometer. - 190
