Maintenance manager – Yacht – Geleen

As a Maintenance Manager you are responsible for:

• The entire TA process, from earliest set up activities through preparation and execution to close out, evaluation and implementation of learnings
• Setting up the TA organisation for preparation and execution of the TA
• Seeking agreement with stakeholders about milestones to be achieved for successful TA performance
• Drafting and implementing the TA EHSS plan
• Drafting and implementing the TA communication plan
• Defining and implementing the TA contracting strategy with Procurement
• Together with Procurement, negotiating terms and conditions with selected contractors – including bonus and penalty scheme
• Delivering according to agreed milestone plan: estimates, work preparation progress, etc. Initiating and coordinating mitigation actions if required to meet the set targets;
• Reporting progress, deviations, plans and actions to the TA steering committee
• Delivering the TA event according to set targets, concerning EHSS, quality, schedule and cost.
