Your daily tasks:
- Resolving technical queries related to software, hardware, and/or configuration.
- Utilizing toolsets effectively.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Documenting and managing reported customer issues.
Functie-eisen
You have what it takes to surprise customers with your swift solutions and technical precision.
- MBO4-level education or equivalent, preferably in IT or computer science.
- Experience with customer service in software solutions.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
