Your dailytasks:
- Resolving technical queriesrelated to software, hardware, and/orconfiguration.
- Utilizing toolsetseffectively.

- MBO4-leveleducation or equivalent, preferably in IT or computerscience.
- Experience with customer service insoftware solutions.
- Experience with Python is aplus.
- Excellent command of English and German,both written and spoken.
