Workforce Europe is hiring experienced Groundworkers for civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Netherlands. You will be working on roadworks, utility installations, drainage systems, and general site preparation for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Excavation and preparation of construction sites
- Digging trenches for pipes, cables, and drainage systems
- Installing sewerage, water, and utility pipelines
- Backfilling and compacting soil
- Assisting machine operators and site engineers
- Ensuring safe and clean working conditions on site
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Groundworker or in civil construction
- Knowledge of basic excavation and site preparation work
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- VCA certificate is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- English communication skills
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the Netherlands
