We Are Looking for a Business Development Manager – MEA for HATO
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of HATO’s commercial team. Your role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and establishing strategic alliances in the agribusiness sector. Alongside your team, you will work towards ambitious goals that create a lasting impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative agricultural environment, learn quickly, and consistently deliver results. You will report directly to the Commercial Director.

We Are Interested in Candidates Who Meet the Following Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in a technical or agricultural field).
- Industry knowledge: Affinity with the agricultural and/or electrical sectors and an understanding of their unique dynamics.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- CRM expertise: Experience working with CRM systems as an effective business tool.
- A results-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Additional languages and experience in the agriculture or electrical sectors are a plus.
